Delivery Information

We dispatch our deliveries Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays).

If we have delivered the incorrect item to you, or your purchase has arrived damaged please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order, providing images where necessary to prove damage to goods.

Should you wish to return an order the postage is at the expense of the customer.

Shipping:

Enjoy free shipping on orders over £45 to mainland United Kingdom. (Excludes dog food weighing over 6kg)

UPS Standard Delivery (1-2 business days): £5.95

If you order before 1pm Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. All of our parcels are sent via UPS. We cannot offer weekend deliveries.

We will always provide you with a tracking number. If you haven’t yet received your tracking number, or if you experience any delays or problems with the delivery of your parcel, please get in touch with us at info@theurbanpetstore.co.uk. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Click & Collect:

If you'd prefer to collect your order from our Garforth store then you can select this option at checkout.

Your order will be ready for you to collect within 2 hours of you receiving confirmation of your order. 

The cut off time for ordering for same day collection is 1pm.

Are you local to Garforth? You can select our 'local delivery' option at the checkout to save you the journey! We will deliver your order either the same day or the next day.
